So you're a competent mountain biker and can ride technical terrain with confidence. So why can't you go as fast as your friends? The answer is that you probably haven't yet found your flow.
Our Singletrack Skills coaching course looks at the key elements to finding your flow and builds upon your Core Skills to improve your technical singletrack skills and energy management.
After the course you will receive a massive boost in speed and commitment on fast corners, steep descents and in your climbing; all of which achieved with far less physical effort.
Everybody agreed that the Singletrack Skills course made a massive impact on their riding

The skills taught and practiced on the Singletrack Skills course will include:
Although the course is flexible it will usually keep to the following programme:
What better time to put into practice all your newly acquired skills than to join us in the afternoon, after a hearty pub lunch of course, for a superb guided singletrack ride around the local hills and valleys.
Our Holmbury Hill, Pitch Hill and Winterfold Woods Singletrack Guided Ride is perfect for people who have attended our morning Core Skills course. The ride costs just £30.00 and usually last around 3½ hours.
Using the correct techniques the trail seemed smoother and easier as we just floated down and felt fresh at the bottom

At the end of your course you will receive personalised feedback, an action plan to help you stay on track with your riding and 30 days free support.
You must be a competent off-road mountain biker able to ride with confidence and commitment.
You will get the most out of the course if you have already attended a Core Skills - Fundamentals course.
The good news is that you don't have to be ultra-fit to get the most out of this course.
We will be riding our bikes for about four hours, though not constantly and at an easy pace.
We'll also be stopping regularly to coach skills.
We recommend that you take what you've learned straight out on the trail and practice the skills as much as possible before moving up to the next course.
Riding once or twice a week will help cement your new skills.
Don't forget to session the bits you have the most difficulty with as this will help them become natural.
Please refer to our equipment page for a complete list.
You won't need to carry tools, a trailside repair kit or a first aid kit as your coach will have all of these.
