Do you freeze up when you approach a tricky drop-off; does your body tense, your mind panic and confidence desert you? And when you do get the better of your fear do you feel you are getting by on pure luck rather than good technique?
If this sounds like you then perhaps our Skills Workshop | Hops & Drops might be able to help. Our highly experienced mountain bike coaches will take you through the techniques necessary to flow over drops of all sizes and to land feather light and in control.
After the workshop you will receive a massive boost in confidence on roll ins and drop offs, also manuals and bunny hops will become second nature and terrain that's seemingly out of reach today should move well within your grasp.
Great day on Sunday on your Hops & Drops course. It was the perfect blend of pushing the boundaries while acknowledging they're there in the first place

Half-day course (4 hours)
At the end of your course you will receive personalised feedback, an action plan to help you stay on track with your riding and 30 days free support.
To get the most out of our Skills Workshops you will be a relatively experienced mountain biker and able to execute a proper manual front wheel lift.
You will get the most out of the course if you have already attended one of our Singletrack Skills courses.
The good news is that you don't have to be ultra-fit to get the most out of this course.
We will be riding our bikes for about four hours, though not constantly and at an easy pace.
We will be stopping regularly to coach different skills.
We recommend that you take what you've learned straight out on the trail and practice the skills as much as possible.
Riding once or twice a week will help cement your new skills. Don't forget to session the bits you have the most difficulty with as this will help them become natural.
Please refer to our equipment page for a complete list.
You won't need to carry tools, a trailside repair kit or a first aid kit as your coach will have all of these.
