Spend a weekend with under the watchful eyes of our coaches learning the fundamentals of mountain biking and we'll get you out there exploring the trails in safety and with confidence.
Our Discover Mountain Biking Weekend will give you the core mountain bike skills that you can apply to any terrain, in any location, in any conditions. Starting with gentle terrain, our coaches will soon have you tackling trails you would never have previously attempted.
Following the course you will see an immediate improvement in your riding and a boost in your confidence on technical trails. You will be able to tackle steeper terrain and tricky corners with greater control and negotiate trail obstacles with confidence and commitment.

From £25.00 per day
Two days (7 hours per day)
At the end of your course you will receive personalised feedback, an action plan to help you stay on track with your riding and 30 days free support.
No off-road experience is required, but you must be able to ride a bike with gears.
The good news is that you don't have to be ultra-fit to get the most out of this course, but you should have a good standard of fitness.
We will be riding our bikes for about four or five hours a day, though not constantly and at an easy pace.
We'll also be stopping regularly to coach skills.
We recommend that you take what you've learned straight out on the trail and practice the skills as much as possible before moving up to the next course.
Riding once or twice a week will help cement your new skills.
Don't forget to session the bits you have the most difficulty with as this will help them become natural.
Please refer to our equipment page for a complete list.
You won't need to carry tools, a trailside repair kit or a first aid kit as your coach will have all of these.
