Previous experience
To get the most out of our Coaching Clinics you will probably be a relatively experienced mountain biker.
You may have attended one of our courses in the past, but this is not essential.
Preparation and fitness
The good news is that you don't have to be ultra-fit to get the most out of this course.
We will be riding our bikes for about four hours, though not constantly and at an easy pace.
We will be stopping regularly to coach different skills.
Consolidation and practice
We recommend that you take what you've learned straight out on the trail and practice the skills as much as possible.
Riding once or twice a week will help cement your new skills. Don't forget to session the bits you have the most difficulty with as this will help them become natural.
Equipment required
Please refer to our equipment page for a complete list.
You won't need to carry tools, a trailside repair kit or a first aid kit as your coach will have all of these.
