Tryfan via The North ridge Scramble
This famous ridge scramble takes you to the top of the only Welsh mountain that cannot be climbed without scrambling. There's no one true way up; you'll need to make your way through, over and around complex gulleys, rock faces and ledges.
From the summit, and the twin stone towers of Adam & Eve, you'll get an excellent view of Snowdon, the Glyders and the Carneddau. Descent is straightforward via the West Ridge to Bwlch Tryfan and then onwards to the valley floor with a detour to Llyn Bochlywd if time permits.

No previous experience of mountaineering is required. However, you will get the most out of the day if you are a competent moorland walker.
You must have a head for heights and be comfortable spending a full day in the hills.
You should have a good standard of fitness as we will be spending a full day walking and scrambling out in the hills.

You won't need to carry a map, compass, first aid kit or shelter as your guide will have all of this.
