Adventure Race Skills: Planning, Strategy and Tactics

A group of racers sppeed down a twisty mountain road

Course description

If you are looking to dramatically improve your adventure race performance it might be time to start looking at some of the soft skills many racers take for granted.

Proper pre-race planning, selecting, maintaining and using the right equipment and having the best race strategies and tactics in the field can often make the difference between a disappointing mid-field result and a triumphant podium.

Our Adventure Race Planning, Strategy and Tactics Lecture is a fascinating two hour talk from Nick Gracie one of the sports leading racers and the 2009 Adventure Racing World Champion.
